Calm at the Edge of Doom
Iceland
While driving on back roads in the Icelandic Highlands I came across this small shed at the edge of a rugged mountain. As the light passed through the clouds it lit certain areas leaving other in shadow. This created a sense of drama and even foreboding. It was a beautiful mix of tranquility and danger; that is very much how life feels at times.
